Rool is a crafty person. He knew that if he obeyed the rules, he would not be able to win the championship. Therefore, he stole the Golden Cup, then fled and declared himself the strongest. The organizers, including Cranky Kong, are extremely angry because this is a tournament that all the members of the forest have looked forward to and about to take place, so there must not be any mistake.
